The chair is great. I

The chair is great. I had to order it a second time. Cause auto fill on PayPal put my old tel number. So they could not call to let me know about delivery.When they reimbursed my cc they kept 200.00 way more that shipping was and that's sketchy. Plus the customer service rep was the RUDEST person . I only reordered it cause I wanted the chair. I love many things you sell but will not reorder due to lack of her trying to work with me on situation. Even offering a small dicount on my reorder would have been good service.But she was just a nasty person.
