Great Table, Some Minor Issues
I am overall very happy with this table! Despite a few visual problems and one technical issue I am still keeping it!
The visual issues: The marble isn't exactly what I thought it was going to be (it's more speckled than veined, and a lot grayer than the picture) but it still looks good in the room. Also note as shown in another of my pictures that the marble edge of this table is beveled... the lack of pictures on this website don't really show that so it was a surprise to me. Not a big deal but not exactly what I thought I was getting.
The technical issue: The frame is attached to the marble top by screwing into particle board in two locations. One of these connections was stripped out before the table came to me, as evidenced by LOTS of glue residue all over that area where someone attempted to "fix" it. This didn't work, and as shown in the picture, the screw is doing nothing. Despite that, the table still feels solid and sturdy. You don't see that connection so it's pretty easy to forget about it. Still, for the price of this piece, I would expect to not have problems like this.
