My experience was fine aside from the fact that it took 4 months to receive two swivel chairs. I was told upon ordering that they were in stock so why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. I’m a designer in your system and it’s difficult to sell your furniture when it takes months and months to receive products that are not considered special order. I’ve used your retail store for many years but have had to turn to other on line resources that carry your same lines. I seem to have better luck receiving merchandise in a timely manner from other resources so the delays are not due to the Covid pandemic. Hopefully, the High Fashion decision making team will address this major concern so that you can become competitive again with other retailers that are getting their products out in a timely manner.
