Beautiful gift

High Fashion Home truly stepped up for me and I can't tell you how much I respect and appreciate their good customer service. I bought this horse statue for my granddaughter as a gift but when I reviewed the order a week after purchase, it said 17 weeks for shipping. I was not happy and made a comment on one of their IG posts and within minutes I was contacted by their customer service representative who gave me a current update. Not only did they reach out to me once, but they continued to contact me with updates, shipping, delivery and beyond. The order was received on the day they promised (not 17 weeks later) and I am absolutely THRILLED with the purchase.
